According to the UK government's Adult Oral Health Survey 2021, 59% of adults use an electric toothbrush—about 31.3 million people. But despite the growing trend, there was a significant gap in the market - a truly sustainable electric toothbrush head.
We spent two painstaking years developing a fully functional electric toothbrush head made from solid bamboo which fits all Philips Sonicare click-on head models*. The copyrighted Truthbrush design features precision-engineered, sustainably sourced bamboo, with no hidden plastic core. Plus, the brush heads come with 100% castor oil bristles for a deep, effective clean that feels just like your current brush.

Small changes matter. This one helps reduce waste without changing how you brush. It's not a perfect solution, but it's a meaningful step in the right direction.
We are honest - the castor oil bristles aren't biodegradable, so the head isn't 100% zero waste yet—but we're always working behind the scenes to innovate and improve. We aren't affiliated to, or endorsed by Philips Sonicare in any way, but we hope they appreciate our design.
